Markets close in green, Nifty at 6704

In the first trading session of the week with good market
faster turnover. After a day of ups and downs of the market finally managed to
close in green. At the end of trading, the Sensex gained 46.30 points or 0.21
per cent, while the Nifty was down 8.30 points or 0.12 percent to 22 386 after
the boom ended in 6704.
INDEX MOVERS most Hindalco 8.75 per cent and 3.33 per cent,
Tata Steel, Reliance Industries 2.60 per cent, 2.54 per cent, Maruti Suzuki,
Sterlite, Sesa closed 2.10 percent higher. While most at 2.99 per cent, ONGC,
Dr Reddy's Labs 2.52 per cent, Tata Power, ITC, L & T 1.42 percent to 1.97
percent and closed.
Nifty Hindalco 8.29 per cent, with the highest speed, Jindal
Steel 4.19 per cent, Tata Steel 3.26 per cent and 2.73 per cent in ACC. Most of
the Nifty losers ONGC 3.25 per cent, 2.67 per cent IDFC, Power Grid Corporation
2.28 per cent to 2.25 per cent and Tech Mahindra closed slid
In midcap space, KSK Energy, Bombay Rayon, Redington, Sobha
Developer, closed with Alstom T & D from 9.69 to 7.35 per cent.midcap
losers, Sunteck Realty Limited, EIH Limited, Jubilant Life and MindTree Limited
closed from 10.15 to 2.83 per cent.
Smallcap stocks Transport Corporation of India Limited,
Automotive Axles, Indraprastha, BGR Energy and Ratnamani Metals closed with
metal 12,70-9.99 per cent. Advanta losers in the BSE Smallcap stocks,Larsen
& Toubro, Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited and closed with the beam
from 5.28 to 4.66 per cent.
